WELCOME TO THE
MONTGOMERY COUNTY SPCA
Our mission is to provide protection, care & shelter to animals in need in the community, & placement of animals into appropriate homes. We do not euthanize animals for space. All our animals stay as long as it takes to find them a good home. We strive to promote public awareness about the benefits of spaying & neutering, as well as proper pet care.

The Montgomery County SPCA is incredibly grateful to announce a generous $20,000 gift from the Robert Guy Francisco, Sr. Charitable Trust, presented by Robert G. Francisco Jr. in loving memory of his parents, Barbara and Robert G. Francisco Sr.
This meaningful donation reflects the trust’s deep compassion for both community and animals. Their kindness will directly support the homeless animals in our care, adoption efforts, cruelty investigations, and vital programs like low-cost spay/neuter and pet food assistance.
We are truly honored to be the recipient of such a thoughtful and impactful gift. Thank you to the Robert Guy Francisco, Sr. Charitable Trust, and their board of trustees, for creating a legacy of love that will make a lasting difference.

HAPPY TAILS.

After being at the shelter and in foster care for a total of almost a year, Chablis, now Pebbles, has it made in her new home!

Here is Houston in his new home enjoying a comfortable couch!

“We adopted Dusty (formerly Moose) a year ago in Sept. He has been a wonderful addition to our family! Thank you so much! turns out he really likes toys. He’s great with the new baby in the family and loves the older kids as well. He was invited to and attended a large family wedding. He was a perfect guest. Couldn’t ask for a better dog!”
